The Berkshire Comedy Festival is thrilled to announce a historic expansion, courtesy of our collaboration with the Barrington Stage Company. For the first time, we’re utilizing all three of the company’s stages for a series of comedy showcases that redefine the comedy landscape of Pittsfield:

  • Thursday, May 23rd: Kick off the festival at Mr. Finn’s Cabaret, where the intimate setting guarantees a personal laughter experience.
  • Friday, May 24th: The laughter continues at the St. Germain Stage, a venue known for its vibrant atmosphere and engaging performances.
  • Saturday, May 25th: Conclude your comedy journey at the Boyd-Quinson Mainstage, the largest of Barrington Stage Company’s venues, for a grand finale of giggles and guffaws.

With a lineup of comedians who shine without resorting to blue humor, the Berkshire Comedy Festival caters to a mature audience that appreciates the nuanced art of stand-up. Our performers, hailing from top venues across the country, including the bustling New York City comedy scene and the heart of New England, are handpicked to ensure a rich variety of styles and stories. Each night features a different roster, making every show a unique blend of established and emerging talents. Our goals are clear:

  1. Celebrate the art of LIVE stand-up comedy.
  2. Support and highlight our partnership with local venues.
  3. Introduce audiences to a diverse array of comic voices.

In a special tribute this Memorial Day Weekend, we’re proud to feature comedians who have brought smiles to the faces of our troops. It’s our way of saying “thank you” through the universal language of laughter.

The laughs don’t stop here; we’ll be announcing more incredible comedians and special surprises in the lead-up to the festival. Prepare for a weekend filled with joy, community, and, most importantly, laughter that echoes through the Berkshires. Join us as we honor the power of comedy to bring people together and create unforgettable memories.
