Pittsfield, MA – Barrington Stage Company (BSC), the award-winning theatre in downtown Pittsfield, MA, under the leadership of Julianne Boyd Artistic Director and Tristan Wilson Managing Director, is proud to announce Mr. Finn and His All-Star Songwriters, Take #2 Jacobs & Jackson: Just Because I Can cabaret for two performances Friday, August 9 at 10:00pm and Saturday, August 10:30pm, at Mr. Finn’s Cabaret, at the Sydelle and Lee Blatt Performing Arts Center, 36 Linden Street, Pittsfield.

Jacobs & Jackson: Just Because I Can features music and lyrics by Michael R. Jackson and Anna K. Jacobs.  Music direction is by Katya Stanislavskaya.  Shakina Nayfack is Associate Producer.  The evening features Xavier Cano (BSC’s West Side Story), cabaret favorite and Iconis family member Molly Hager return, with Alyse Alan Louis in her BSC debut.

Tickets to Jacobs & Jackson: Just Because I Can are $20 and general admission.  Beer, wine and soda are available.

Mr. Finn’s Cabaret, named after William Finn, the Tony Award-winning composer of Falsettos and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Artistic Producer of BSC’s Musical Theatre Lab, is the Berkshires hotspot for NYC talent.
