Barrington Stage to hold local Equity auditions for “On The Town” – February 21

BARRINGTON STAGE COMPANY TO HOLD
LOCAL EQUITY PRINCIPAL AUDITIONS FOR “ON THE TOWN”
February 21 from Noon – 6pm
Barrington Stage, 30 Union Street, Pittsfield
– Auditions by Appointment Only –

(Pittsfield, MA) February 11, 2013 – Barrington Stage Company, the award-winning theatre in Downtown Pittsfield, under the leadership of Artistic Director, Julianne Boyd, and Managing Director, Tristan Wilson, will hold local Equity Principal Auditions and Equity Chorus Call for its 2013 season opener On The Town, on February 21 from Noon – 6pm.  Non-Equity performers will also be seen.

The auditions, by appointment only, will be held at the Boyd-Quinson Mainstage, 30 Union Street, Pittsfield, MA.  An accompanist will be provided.

Actors are asked to prepare 16 bars of music in the style of On The Town.  For audition information or to make an appointment call Lea at 413-499-5446 ext. 100, Monday-Friday from 9:30am-5:30pm.
