BARRINGTON STAGE COMPANY presents

“THE WHISKEY TREATY ROADSHOW ALBUM RELEASE KICK-OFF!”

JUNE 1 ON THE BOYD-QUINSON MAINSTAGE

(Pittsfield, MA) Barrington Stage Company (BSC), the award-winning theatre in the Berkshires under the leadership of Artistic Director Julianne Boyd, is thrilled to present “The Whiskey Treaty Roadshow Album Release Kick-Off!” on June 1 at 8:00pm on the Boyd-Quinson Mainstage (30 Union Street).

The Whiskey Treaty Roadshow is a collaborative band that brings together five Massachusetts singer-songwriters – Greg Smith, David Tanklefsky, Billy Keane, Chris Merenda and Tory Hanna – in the vein of Americana, Rock and Roots-Folk music to share in their love of Western Mass, Music, Brotherhood and Whiskey!

Come celebrate the release of Whiskey Treaty’s new and first full-length album. A truly homegrown project, the songs were written and then recorded in the Berkshires. Making their Barrington Stage debut, the band is excited more than ever to debut these new songs and provide a night of joy.

Tickets are $18 in advance, $20 at the door by calling 413-236-8888 or online at www.barringtonstageco.org. VIP Tickets (only sold in advance, 21 years of age or older) are $75 and include prime seating, two cocktails curated and sponsored by Hudson Whiskey, meet and greet with the band and a signed limited edition poster.

Performing over 100 shows since 2016, The Whiskey Treaty Roadshow have proven they can bring a party to whatever festival line-up they grace and pump up the energy in any room they perform. With performance spots alongside Young the Giant and X Ambassadors at Cayuga Sound Festival or at Fresh Grass or Kate Wolf Music Festival, The Whiskey Treaty Roadshow is the Swiss Army knife of musical acts. To date, Whiskey Treaty Roadshow released a LIVE album entitled The Heart of the Run. In 2016, a nationally acclaimed Short Music Documentary was made of the band’s creation and was accepted into 17 film festivals across the country; it became a five-time winner at the Best Musical Short Documentary Awards in 2016. The documentary has lifted the message of collaborative music in Western Massachusetts to a national audience and propelled the band into regional tours and showcases, including supporting acts such as the Indigo Girls, The Felice Brothers, Deertik and many more.
