Groups

We welcome groups of all sizes, and work to ensure that your experience is a good fit for your particular needs and interests.

Minimum Group Size:
You must have 15 people or more in your group to qualify for special savings.

Group Discount:
All groups ordering 15 or more tickets to a specific show will receive a discount of 20% off single ticket prices! Groups of 45 or more receive and additional discount. Special youth rates are also available for camps and schools. We also offer a liberal complimentary ticket policy - one complimentary ticket for every 15 paid tickets!

Group Tour Planning:
We offer recommendations for restaurants, lodging and places of cultural or historic interest for groups interested in planning a day or more of touring in the beautiful Berkshires.

Contract and Deposit Requirements:
All group sales require a signed contract with a 50% deposit; the remaining balance due 21 days prior to show date. Tickets are not released until paid in full.

Reserved Seating/ Special Privileges:
Groups enjoy a reserved block of seats and, with prior notice, pre or post-show discussion can be arranged with the creative team of the production.

Group Sales Cancellation Policy:
BSC will furnish a full refund up to 21 days prior to the show. If cancellation notice is received within 21 days of show, deposit may be applied to another BSC production.

Handling Fees:
Handling Fees are waived.
