Volunteering

Volunteers are an important part of Barrington Stage, from our large and dedicated corps of ushers, to people who help in the box office or offer administrative support in the office to our very active BSC Guild. Below is a description of the volunteer opportunities available at BSC. Performance Volunteers
All performance volunteers must commit to a total of eight assignments. Opportunities include ushering, gift shop sales, concessions and box office greeters. A volunteer can choose from any of the above and mix his/her commitment.

Administrative Volunteers
BSC is always looking for individuals who can do data entry, file, answer phones and a myriad of other office tasks. A minimum of three hours once a week for a period of no less than one month is preferred.

BSC Production Shops
Calling all talented individuals who can sew, build props and flats and do scenic painting! We are in need of "techies" all summer and into the fall. Flexible time and a desire to do quality work in a fun environment are the only requirements.
